Announcing a Special Series!

Deepen and Explore Your Yoga Practice
With Julie Goldstein

This 4 week series will guide students to deepen and explore their yoga practice.
We will touch on many aspects of a balanced practice including: alignment, active poses that flow together, deep stretches and restorative poses appropriate for each student, as well as some pranayama and meditation.
This series will offer valuable tools that will deepen your practice and move it in new directions.
Open to all levels.

Cancellation Policy
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guests and our service providers, please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations in less than 24 hours and "no shows" will be charged a minimum fee.

Aspen Health & Harmony provides all equipment necessary for each class. We recommend that students wear comfortable clothing. If necessary a light meal may be eaten before class. A heavy meal is not recommended. As with any discipline, in order to see and feel results, consistency is crucial.
