Hatha Yoga is an ancient system of integrating the body, mind and spirit. Through the practice of yoga one increases flexibility, tones the muscles, strengthens the body and calms the mind. Yoga helps people become more in tune with their bodies which in turn decreases injuries and increases quality of living.

Aspen Health & Harmony Yoga
combines the studies of Iyengar yoga, Anusara yoga,
Viniyoga, Ashtanga yoga and the Feminine Unfolding into classes that are tailored to the students' individual needs. These classes also explore how flowing yoga can prepare you for inwardly driven, free-form movement.

Creative Movement helps to create space for personal growth and transformation. Through this creation our students explore creative authentic movement, ecstatic dance, expression arts and circle work.

Pilates
works all the muscles of the body and emphasizes strengthening the core muscles. The use of breath coupled with the internal work of the torso helps support the entire spine and decrease back pain. This is done by releasing the muscles which are chronically used and by strengthening the supporting structures through conscious movement. Through pilates you will gain energy, endurance and grace.

Pre & Post Natal Yoga This class offers a supportive environment where you can engage with other pregnant women while stretching, breathing, strengthening, relaxing and moving well through the miraculous process of pregnancy.

Aspen Health & Harmony provides all equipment necessary for each class. We recommend that students wear comfortable clothing. If necessary a light meal may be eaten before class. A heavy meal is not recommended. As with any discipline, in order to see and feel results, consistency is crucial.
